Better to prepare yourself on the hash conditions brought by continuous rain in your area. I would assume that the soil in your area are already saturated and if too much rain is poured into it, sooner or later, there might be landslides or flash floods. Though your place is located on higher grounds, the place is already so much populated that even mountains were turn into houses. Trees are cut and houses are built. I simply hope that you guys out there is safe until the rain stops.

Because of the constant raining, i try to be thrifty with my clothes. For my maong jeans i would hang them the moment i arrive home so they could be aired and be worn on the other days of the week. And i see to it that even if i have already some jeans for washing on Saturday (wash day by our laundry woman) , some once worn jeans are still hanging at an open space for their next use, in case the ones that will be washed will not dry. Sometimes, i would hang overnight some washed things to dry , at the back of our refrigerator.

It has always been rainy in Baguio, but this time around, it seems that we have to bear with more rains. I remember when it rains in Baguio, it becomes very cold. I remember shivering in my wet jeans and jacket when I was still in SLU. The clothes won't dry even for weeks that we often have to go to relatives in La Union just to wash and dry clothes and blankets. Here, in Cavite, the rains are also heavy. Lucky for us that we are staying in a high place which is in no danger from floods. I did the laundry this morning but when I checked this afternoon, the clothes are still dripping wet. Perhaps, the clothes will dry sometime this week, hopefully.

Here in Manila were currently experiencing heavy rains right now with lightning and thunderstorms, I am hoping that rain will go away too, many people here in our country suffering from flood and landslide. Since last week I did not handwash our clothes like i used to do but instead I sent all the dirty clothes in the laundry shop downstairs last friday and they will delivered it tomorrow were all clothes are well folded and iron. I think for now I will let the laundry shop to do wash our clothes since it hard to dry clothes nowadays because of the weather, its little bit expensive but its the best thing to do.

Hi ckciasigurl. The weather here in Bacolod is already good. We already washed our clothes and put it in a dryer so that it will easily dry up. Raining season seems so endless. It's been a two week agony for us here and I'm sure with you also. I hope Mr.Sun will go out tomorrow so that we can enjoy the day and finish all our errands.

I've been to Baguio once, I bet it's really cold there this time of the year. I'm based here in Manila and my goodness it's been more than two weeks of strong winds and unwavering rain. I never get used to bad traffic when there's heavy downpour, it sucks being in a passenger jeep inhaling the air that your co-passengers are exhaling. Thank God, our place is not affected by flood.

Washing clothes is proving to be quite a challenge now, it's a race between you, the sun and the rain. It still rains here occasionally, not as bad as the past few days but definitely no sun yet.
