Google Chrome Browser Freezing Up

I have been using Google Chrome for awhile now but lately have been noticing it has been freezing up after using it, I have to refresh the screen or wait a while before it lets me drag the screen down or sometimes it gives me a white page. Do I have to do anything to fix this? Or reinstall it completely? I am using another browser right now and no problems with it. I'm sure there is a logical solution to this, I still wanna use Google Chrome, too. I don't care for this Firefox much.

i use firefox ...its slow but do not crash like chrome !

well, in both of your answers it seems like you had a problem with chrome either way. i guess it is common then. why can't they make browsers that are normal anymore?

that is quite strange. you know until a few days ago i was having to use firefox for my games. then suddenly it quite working. i used to have chrome then it quite working right. so now im back to internet explorer. hope it stays good.

wow two browsers quit working, i wonder why that happened. i hope your ie stays fine now, and doesn't quit as well.

This usually always happens to me when I am using internet explorer, and that's why I am always using c hrome, because it never happens. Maybe its your computer, this tends to happen to old and slow computers, maybe try a different browser like firefox! Anyways, I hope you solve your problem soon my friend.

I am trying firefox and although i'm still having problems with getting on facebook ( only) it isn't freezing up on me as much. I wondered if the browser itself should be reinstalled and if that would fix things.
