HELP! Where can I buy safety eyes in Davao City, Philippines?

The kind that is used on Amigurumi(Crochet) toys...
After days of waiting, I finally received my package of aluminum crochet hooks that I ordered from e-bay. The hooks' diameters can't be found where I live in (Davao City, Philippines) that's why I had to order my hooks online. It's a lot more expensive if I had it made individually so my next problem is "where in my city do I find the next material that I need to complete my crocheted dolls?"
Those who live in Davao and knows some stores that I can buy some cheap materials please help! Or else, I'll have to order them online again.

Hi Dear SinfulRose,I very interested in which e-bay platform you usually do your purchasing?
USA e-bay site or Philippine's?If you buy your crochet from USA,it is not doubt that it will take a long time when you can get it.So does your country have other online purchase website?If yes,I think you can use them cause the delivery time will be very short,may be two to three days is enough.

Well, I purchased my hooks from Hong Kong. I am not sure anymore if the site is US based or not. It's just www.ebay.com.
As I've said, the hooks does not exist in my local area...yet that's why it took me years to finally decide to purchase myself some aluminum hooks whose sizes are just what I need.
As of now, I only need some location of stores where I can purchase some doll's eyes that is used in Amigurumi. I still have yet to find one here you see and since Davao is so big, I thought it was best to inquire here instead of getting myself lost in my own city.
