some people just take the situation lightly. they thought that the rains will just stop soon. they were evacuated already from their houses because of the rains, but after the rain stopped they immediately went back to their houses. and now the rains started again and has not stopped. and so they would need the help of the local government to evacuate them. so there is so many needing help now.
