It was really funny moment to witness live on TV on how Sun Yang dove earlier for 1,500 freestyle final as I reacted like Wow dude! Are you excited much? But then it was just a false start that what he did was still an accident as he had emerged from the pool right away after he realized that it was not yet start of the game. There was a bit noise on the crowd when that happened. What he can be a risk as well because it can lead to disqualification but good thing they still gave consideration for Sun Yang. I totally believe it was just an accident as he maybe too much concentrated or at times you will be lacking of presence of mind. As for me what he did was not shameful especially to the nation. Accidental mistakes happen at times as what Sun Yang did. I was totally happy that He won by 8.5 seconds and he was able to received the gold medal which I believe he deserves it. He is really fast to begin with. I am sure China are so proud of him.

Indeed, the way that he absolutely smashed the competition was very impressive. I think the amount of endurnace you have to have to swim nearly a mile is enormous, and his performance exhibited that. I compare this to the 400 meter Individual Medley where Michael Phelps said that it's one of the toughest races to swim in. And then I consider that the 1,500 meters is almost 4 times as long!
Sun Yang is likely to factor in to many medal races in the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro as well, considering that he's only 21 years of age right now. I get the feeling that as good as he has been this Olympics, if he trains as hard as he did, he could do even better in 2016. China has a great group of young swimmers, and Sun Yang is definitely one of them.

I was totally impressed of Sun Yang's performance as well. Good thing he wasn't disqualified or else that is going to be a big waste if that thing happened. I will be waiting for him in Rio de Janeiro. I hope there will be also a book of succeed about Sun Yang aside from Michael Phelps.

Yes, athletes make mistake like everyone else, the pressure to win medal is great for this young rising star swimmer from China name Sun Yang, he is facing tremedous pressure from his country to perform well and get a gold after last Olympic in China where he broke the world record on 1,500 freestyle at very young age, he is the first Chinese endurance swimmer in the history of swimming in Olympic to win Gold medal and broke the record, he became a sensation in China since then among his country men and women. I agree he deserve the gold without a doubt, he had trained hard and long for it, at such young age, he has a bright future ahead of him in future Olympic, he probably is going to stay few more years before he retire from his swimming career like M. Phelp after he grab more gold medals in the future. It is really cool to see him going back and forth in the pool for this long distance match, it definitely require plenty of stamina for a person to be able to do that.

Dude don't forget the letter S after Michael's surname. Nothing sounds like a orange juice pulp.
But kidding aside. I am looking forward for Sun Yang and I even told my Mom that he has tendency to be like Michael Phelps' performance in swimming. Everyone's making mistake especially accidentally. And yeah at times it could be also something to do with the pressure of winning that is why it can be also cause to lack of concentration but then we can't still judge Sun Yang about it. After all he still gave her all very best. I would be rooting for him for the next Olympics.
