Do you have any trouble in sleeping?

I guess I have a problem in sleeping. If I hear any tiny sound, I can't go to sleep. I still wait until the whole household is quiet then I finally can fall asleep. When I got awake in the morning, I have some trouble going back to sleep so it's giving me headache. Do you also experience this problem? What do you do? I hope to hear from you guys. Is this normal when we're getting older? I guess it started one or two years ago.

I am like you and I also hear every small sound that there is.I tend to take a sleeping pill or two along with morphine, but that do not help either. When I get tired I have to lay down, so even during the day it is the same and I am here on my own some of the time. I do think that lack of sleep can cause lots of head aches and when we are over tired it is harder for us to go to sleep.

Oh, I hope we'll learn to cope with these tiny sounds in our surroundings. It's not good to have insufficient sleep. We suffer from headaches and our moods aren't that good. Let's hope that we will overcome this stage and we could sleep even if our surroundings are noisy. Thanks for posting and happy mylotting.

I am a light sleeper so any noise i hear i can't sleep either. I have to have total quietness to get any form of sleep. My boyfriend snores so when I sleep at his place it is difficult for me to get any sleep, so I usually take sleep medicine so i can sleep, lol. But when I don't get sleep then yes I get headaches from it as well.

Oh, is it okay to take sleeping medicine? I'm afraid to take one. I might not get up the next morning. LOL. Thanks for posting and happy mylotting.

Most of the time I don't have a sleeping problem. Lately due to curiosity, I downloaded a sleeping App. It will broadcast some mild natural sounds for you before you are sleeping. And it will also use this kind of sound to wake you up. I found it really works well for me. I don't feel so tired to wake up any more. Perhaps you can also try it. I love China

Oh, that sleeping app is cool. I'm glad it works on you. I feel much better now after moving to a new boarding house. I guess they are a bit disciplined now compared to our noise neighbors before. LOL. Thanks for posting and happy mylotting.

Oh, that's good for you. For me, it's hard to fall asleep if there's still some noise going around me. However, I feel good that I'm not alone having this kind of problem. Thanks for posting. Happy mylotting.
