help guys - i need proper diet for my acquaintance party soon this week...

it is really hard when you are gaining weights. why is that i am not consistent with my diet. when in time i already achieved the desired weight, i will loosen myself to indulge from eating without limit. but now, i need to trim down for this week, at least for the said activity. it is hard for me to wear casual clothes for that -haha. i lessened the amount of rice i intake everyday. i drink plenty of waters. do you think that i will reduce my weight? i guess, i need to do some exercises - no time for laziness - hehe... help friends help ... thanks

I think you can lose the weight fast if you will get sick, try to lessen the carbs and try more calorie counting eating habit. A cardio helps you lose a lot or try to be more active throughout the day

haha - i do not want to get sick as i am desperately want to loosen weight. our staple food here is rice. rice is rich in carbo. so i tried to minimize it and drink plenty of water. as much as possible, i am stretching. saturday is near already. gee thanks for joining the discussion ;-)

I can't imagine one loosing weight in just a short period of time. If I'm wrong trying that will have to not to eat at all and get weak for any occasion. I only know of a healthy reducing diet with in a months period. Boxers will even take months with rigid exercises.

haha - really?! i am eager to do that and desperately want to loose at least two kilos from 58 down to 56 -hehe. let us see what will going to happened. i guess exercising and diet would come along that will help my plan through it. well if it is not working, i will just find a dress that somehow would not show my fats - but hoping can ever do it. thanks
