My heart is touch and my eyes full of tears right now.

I'm praying very hard to God too to alleviate all the sufferings and I thank God for the blessings this early morning cause there is no flooding in where I am. Although all help would be welcome , I am also for more preparations next time ( think we are doing a better job than last time or ever before and we have more teams and equipment and better training), I am still for self reliance, disaster awareness and alertness and Government putting all these in top priority in budget to buy more equipment. Another thing, hope some of our country man would be fast to heed warnings like alerts to force evacuate and not be hard headed before it is too late. I am also an advocate of banning people from constructing shelters in disaster prone areas or where they would also hinder the natural flow of water that would affect us all later. Yes those of us with a little extra to give, let us help them thru prayers and donations.

Prayers to those affected by the cruel flood disaster. Hope things would soon be fine. God save the people of Manila and around.

oh..dear i do hope that this disaster will end soon..,im worried also for my siblings there..i just recieved a text message from my sister that they are affected too..

I felt the same too I am sitting here, checking updates and mylotting once in a while. Watching our countrymen especially the little kids- wet,hungry and whatnot It really breaks our heart- we can see them but we cannot touch them or comfort them

h bhebelen, I had the same feelings I really pity those who experiencing this right now I am just near Pasig River and I am getting paranoid as the water arise time to time. I pray this will end soon be safe

I'm also in the Philippines, and we really need the help of others. This is the time wherein all others things should be set aside. Hope this bad weather will end soon to avoid furhter suffering. Let's all pray. Thanks

I thank God that we and our families are also safe here in our location although most of the areas here are flooded. It is really heart breaking every time we see our people suffering from this kind of weather/calamities. They really need our prayers so I beg for all people to continue praying for their safety and that the weather would calm the soonest. It is very alarming the rain hasn't stopped. I know that prayers can go a long way so let us not stop praying for our safety.
