I'm referring to the upgrade option in JBP. What are its perks for upgrading to level one or two account? Is it worth upgrading it till level 2?

The purpose of upgrading is for you to participate in the JSS program of JBP. Remember that for every 4 JSS-Tripler positions that expire (or have earned 150%), you will get a free JSS position provided that you've upgraded to Level 1 at least. Level 2 upgrade isn't available at the moment but the good thing about it is that you will earn commissions when your referrals upgrade to Level 1 or 2.

So you get one position for free every 4 expired position at the end of the cycle, that is if you upgraded. That's for the enlightenment, I was a bit confused with all this matrix and position stuff. By the way, do you have to upgrade every new cycle or is it just a one time fee?

Once you start participating in the JSS program you'll need to keep your account on level 1. It costs $15 every 3 month.

JBP 2 & 3 pays you a higher commission and additional products. See FAQ's on the site and "Tutorials" for a full explanation of how they work. There is no need to upgrade if you don't have any referrals. However, if you do have referrals and they upgrade before you, they will "leap frog" over you and you will not receive any commissions from them once you do upgrade.
