What is the strangest thing you've seen sold on eBay?

We all know the popularity of eBay and the limitless items that can be bought. What have you found that was unusual. Have you sold anything out of the ordinary on eBay. I read once of a 10 year old grilled cheese sandwich with the image of the Virgin Mary sell for $28,000. I don't know if this is for real, but come on people.

I guess the strangest and perhaps the funniest thing I saw being sold on eBay is the "meaning of life".
A man apparently knows the true "meaning of life" and is willing to share is for $5.
I assume once you paid him he will just tell you some crap quotations from philosophers then walk away with you $5. Lol.

I haven't been to ebay much lately. But in another site, etsy, I found some horrible stuff for sale. We were there to browse some wedding give-away ideas for my friend, when we chanced upon this particular painting made out of finger and toe nail clippings and hair from the seller's hairbrush. I forgot how much she's selling it for but seriously, isn't that a bit of a health hazard?
