Breaks during study time=jamming with my guitar / myLot

I love playing guitar! I love music in general. I specifically like to play those songs in the guitar that has challenging chords or arrangement using plucking. It took me years to really master the instrument and how it really work at its best. I will never regret the time I pick up that old dusty guitar in our garage and felt spontaneous and played that magical instrument. :)

Sounds like you're putting your break time to good use by playing some music on that guitar of yours. Were you completely self taught? Do you play all different kinds of music? Country by any chance? I love country but also don't mind other types, country is just my favorite.

YES! I love country music above all music.. I love playing lady antebellum, carrie underwood, taylor swift, band perry and other country music artists.. But for more challenging arrangements, I also try pop and jazz.. :)

I'm glad to hear it. Sooner or later to be smart to play the guitar, depending on your talent, and diligent practice. Are dusty guitar out of the garage, you still play? I also have an old guitar (acoustic-electric), which I still play.

Yes i still have the old guitar but I have new ones too. :) It's nice to play with the guitar you first love playing the instrument, it's like first love. :P

You make me feel so ashamed, I played guitar for almost 9 years, but I think the experience gave me the challenge to play fine. But I cant improve my music, I should take some classes just like you. But I´m taking piano lessons. Blessings Gellimac... dainy

I also love playing guitar. It made me happy during the long time when I was at home recovering from pleural effusion. Now I can pluck about 50 love songs without even looking at the guitar. Not only that, I can sing these songs as well. I'm actually planning to record videos about the songs I love to play and sing along and place them in youtube. I'm so jealous of those who can actually play a musical instrument. I'm such an antitalent. I started learning playing the flute, but I found out it just was not for me, I just don't have an affinition for it. But nothing better than jamming out with someone playing the guitar or at a bonfire... hmmm... :)

Good for you! I also own a guitar and I didn't learn a lot because I got busy and just lost the drive to teach myself. I have always admired people who are good in guitars; it even used to be my criteria in dating guys :) He must be a good guitar player, and I even had a guitarist of a local band here as my first bf. That's how insanely obsessed I was with guitars.
