as many of the drawers and cabinets are on the wall. there is some small amount of water on them. so i just try to take all the contents and place them elsewhere where they would not get wet. and so the cabinet smells bad because of the cold and water on the cabinet or drawer. so i just let the cabinet and drawers open to dry. i will just bring back the things when the rains have stopped already and when the inside are dry already. i have just wiped them dry awhile ago to take away the water.

Has it rained a lot? Do you have leaks that allow water to come in?

indeed it was one of the big rains that flooded the main city of the countries. i have read it is because of the more infrastructure and tall buildings on the city we see lately, that the level of the ground was being pushed down. so that is why it gets flooded more easily than decade ago. and also because of the water being sucked out of the ground of other houses or whoever uses water from the ground directly. that affected a lot of the ground level. and it is because of course of the natural calamities lately has been much worse compared to a decade before.

Wow, that seems pretty serious. Does this happen often when it rains? It has been raining a lot here, but no flooding, except for one day a couple weeks ago.
