I can tell you even children of ten years old are joining facebook by falsifying their year of birth. Facebook have won million of hearts. People have become addicted to it. I was also like that. Each time I came in front of my PC I logged in Facebook. We are becoming slave of it. But since I have joined mylot and other working sites I do not visit facebook too often. Facebook keep us connected to our friends and families and people world wide. What is your opinion?

A lot of people becomes addicted to it,because of the games that are their to entertain them while they search for friends are chat. Every day i log into Facebook, even now am typing i have Facebook open in a next tab. I go to Facebook because i can communicate with my family overseas, and views picture's of them too. Also to keep in touch with my friends by near are far,and even help me to earn.I can post my Triond links their,so that my friends can view the link.So i go to Facebook for a lot of reasons, but am not addicted.

Hello there. I agree with you with what you have said. In fact, even other children who are less than ten years old also join facebook. Just like my nephew who is only seven years old. But maybe there are still younger ones who already have their facebook accounts. Yeah, you're right. Those children really like to join facebook and they really need to falsify their ages so they would have their accounts and join the fun. I also observe that people are really addicted to Facebook. Even though they are in their workplace, at times, they still open their accounts and post some activities and even play some games. One more thing, I'm also wondering if my students are still studying hard because I see their activities in facebook everyday. They have lots of them and they even sleep so late. Now that I'm responding to some discussions in myLot, I think I couldn't open Facebook that much too. Though, this weekend, I'll surely open my favorite social networking site which is Facebook. I admit that I'm also really addicted to it. Through it, I could connect to some people who mean so much to me. There are also a lot of enjoyable and addictive things to do in Facebook that's why many people are really hooked on it. :)

I also know of children that are on face book, but some only go on there to play the games that they have on the site. I hardly even bother going on there anymore, as I prefer not to read the nasty things that people are putting about my other friends that they are causing them loads of trouble all the time. Then there are people that are going on there just to see what other people are getting up to.

I also do not understand why people are so crazy with facebook. SOme people have a real hard time when they do not log in to facebook for a day. Facebook has become an addiction for most and it has to stop. Everyone needs to learn about mylot LOL :))

I am not bothered who is joining Facebook. I feel the parents of the kids should be worried and concerned about this and not me. If they can't control their kids it nobodies fault. I have a Facebook profile to keep in touch with my friends.

You are wise to spend more time on this site. We can learn more, sharing knowledge and at the same time earn some extra money. Facebook is good but we should not be addicted to it. Therefore we should always set priority to spend time wisely and diligently.

I know it since my little niece also have an account there even if I am not the one who suggested him to have it. I don't like kids to mess around with this application as I don't see if they are using it for better. But it just my opinion and people around me against it and said that it is good for kids. I have done my job advising them what to do but if they still think that facebook will do good to the kids then it's up to them. I am not into facebook even if I have an account there. It just like a contact number list for me.(^^)

I have no interest in Facebook at all. I go on maybe twice a month just to see pictures of my nieces and nephews. That's it. I am addicted to MyLot like that though! Lol. As soon as I get on the computer this is the first place I come to. I love it here. I am not sure what the big thing is with Facebook. I never really got into it and I'm glad I didn't. I have much better things to do than be on there, like be here! =) I like my friends here MUCH better anyway!

Facebook is overrated. For most of us, it consumes most of our times instead of doing more important things. As for me, I'm also got addicted before but for now, I still login to check if there's an important message and leave it since I'm not that kind of person that update status everytime I'm doing something.

I think that facebook would be addictive for the people who don't know how control themselves. It's pretty for young people, of course for older people too. It could be cause school or behavior problems we couldn't control themselves on the site, what their are looking for or what other people do with the post. A mean, I'm trying to say that -especially for younger- may has multiple repercussions go their lives and their behavior.
