How to get mean from my India colleagues word?

Now our company are run by India boss, so we often meet some India colleagues and leader go to office. When I meet them, I find my English isn't good enough for me get their words. I can't understand their sound. I feel very embarrassed.
So when meet some Indian English, do you feel my difficult and how to grasp their word critical pronunciation?
Anyone can introduce? and what website can find India English news?

HI friend,
I have always heard of American & British English / pronunciations and in India there are many Institutes/Coaching centers who train such English for the persons willing to work in Call Centres.
If you find the English pronunciations of your Indian colleagues difficult, just ask them to repeat again. I would also suggest you to write down the points of discussions on a paper for clarity. So you can easily understand the matter. You can also refer /read the news websites of Times of India/ DNA etc.

Thank you for your help. and I you feel my confus, and you said that I should write down the point of discussion on a paper for clarify. This is a very good idea. You know sometime I need to presentation at front of my colleague, this is so hard for me.
and I also need to encourage myself, make me confident.
