Tea Party Hailing Ted Cruz For 2016

The Tea Party is already hailing Tea Party Ted Cruz (who came from behind days ago and defeated Texas lieutenant governor David Dewhurst in the Texas run-off Senate election of July 31, 2012) for US president.
Funny enough, Tea Party’s Ted Cruz is not natural-born US citizen. I thought Tea Partiers were Constitutionalists with strict adherence to the Constitution of the US. The US Constitution mandates that the president of the US be a natural-born US citizen. Why then are the tea partiers considering Canadian-born Ted Cruz for president of this USA?

The child of an American Citizen is a natural born citizen regardless of where they are born. Period, full stop.

Really? Then why are tea partiers and birthers failing to acknowledge Barack Obama whose place of birth is questionable as valid president?
Anyway, the law of the US defines a natural-born US citizen as a person born on US territory. Will however be interesting to see the tea party attempt to justify Ted Cruz as constitutional candidate for US president.

Incorrect: That's part of the definition, but not all of it. The child of a U.S. Citizen is also a natural born U.S. citizen no matter where that child's mother happens to be when she gives birth.

Because the tea party does not belive in facts . There are some laws that say he can and there are some laws that say he can not. But the right wingers would say he can no matter if even if the law was against him
