i heard there are some tricks about making popular and high selling music such as use the root in Cmajor chord,repeating the reff part many times, etc..
do you ever heard about it? what do you think? is that make senses?

I have never heard this before, but I do know there are formulas followed by certain people who create music for a living. The best thing for you to do is to analyze the music you see as having been successful and create music that is similar.
