May the sun continue to shine in the daytime. I've been there. This condition is not good, but we must face. Complete one by one, patiently.

I don't have the same kind of mess that I have to deal with in my house as a result of flooding, but I do have a lot of cleaning that needs to be done and I am not actually able to do it right now because of the back problems that I have been experiencing since the car accident last month. Yesterday I was trying to mop my kitchen and dining room and I was only able to do half of it before I was in too much pain to continue on.

with all that water you house is probably showing signs of rotten wood or mildew, which is very bad for your health.

I do feel for you as i can guess how much irritating to clean a house after flood. My province is a land of flood but not my locality, still i have experienced a lot. Cleaning a house is really a tough task. I admit that and hope you will be fine from pain. Have a nice time.

Hi! I use to do the cleaning job on Saturdays so that I can take rest on Sundays to start the week fresh. Mostly I will need 3-4 hours to clean all the thing and put all the thing back to its original place. Sometimes I use to do my cleaning during night so that the other will sleep in bedroom. By this I will not be disturbed y the daily routines of the people at home. To avoid boring I like to wear headphones to listen songs too!

At regular cleaning habit I do it as what you do once a week but since this mess is from the flood I think I don't have to wait for weekends just to start the cleaning.

Lucky you, the flood at your house didn't stay too long. In the subdivision where we lived, the flood is getting worse. The water's getting dirtier and smellier. We evacuated last Wednesday and they say the water height in that place is increasing day by day so good thing we already evacuated.

Congratulations! Finally your done. It's a lot awful dealing with mess but it's the only way we can get rid of them. I know how you felt and your still lucky at least your through with the flood. There are still a lot out there in Luzon Manila who suffered a lot due to low pressure accompanied with heavy rains. At least you have washed off the mud, sad to say, the victims house were washed out too and they have no more mud to flush with water and so on. Just think of it and I know the back pains you have right now will vanish.

Oh no, your house got flooded? Sorry to hear that, but I'm so glad to hear that it has subsided enough for you guys to start and finish the clean up. I saw the news and some of the families are not so lucky; they still have to bear with the flood waters, which can be stagnant by now, that has refused to subside. Well, since it's a Saturday, maybe a little self-pampering is in order =). You've done a good job with the clean up, now it's time to sit back, relax and enjoy the sun.

It is really good thing you have gotten that done. It will help reduce the possiblity of contamination and mold. Water is so necssary but it also can create such havoc. Now that your work is done I hope you are able to treat yourself to something nice. Happy Lotting!

Flood - The water inside my house.
I think we don't have it here and also I only renting the house. I have some discussion recently about the bad weather here in my area that caused too many houses to be in the flood and I'm the one also experienced it. I will attach a photo of my house with water inside.

it is good that you cleaned the house fully. It would have helped you to keep fit. True when we exert more it causes strain for our nerves and causes body ache.

I am glad you already finished cleaning your house and I know it is very tiring. Like you we also cleaned our uncle house in Marikina and we took 2 days before we completely eliminate the mud, odor and garbage. I am praying too and hoping that no more flood again. Have nice day and better to relax now take some medicines for your back pain.
