Philippines is like the favorite of typhoons. They always strike Philippines destroying properties which cost millions or even billions of dollar. They destroy crops, houses, cars, even lives.I think if there were not too much typhoons in the Philippines it would have been more stable now economically.I mean very few might have been suffering hunger.Few might consider themselves poor...Is there any other country that is hit by typhoons that much? How is your economy?

Just a thought, I think that Philippines (our country, I suppose) as having frequent typhoons can enable the citizens to be adept in preparing and responding in cases of disasters. The occurrence of typhoons is not the sole reason for hunger and poverty. It can be a contributing factor, but I believe that with strategic planning and good governance, added with disciplined citizens, any country can rise above any number of typhoons.
