The fight against the Cylons is moving to Sundays. Battlestar Galactica Sci Fi Channel has announced it will move critically acclaimed drama Battlestar Galactica from Fridays to Sunday nights at 10 p.m. beginning January 21. Season three of the space opera is down slightly in the ratings this season, with 2.1 million weekly viewers compared to 2.3 million last season. Sci Fi executives said the network wants to make Sunday a destination inight for sci fi lovers. Sci Fi will premiere its new series The Dresden Files at 9 p.m. January 21, before Galactica. Fox announced it will bring Prison Break back from a scheduled hiatus earlier than expected. The show, which airs a midseason "finale" next week, was originally slated to return in March, as it did last year. Now, the network says it will bring the show back on January 29. Fox will air the remaining nine episodes of Prison Break without repeats, and then slide a new show into the time slot in April, according to Variety. This will give Fox a powerful kickoff to 2007, with Break, 24, and American Idol all returning in the month.
