I'm so anxious and so stressed out with everything!

Hello guys, I don't know why I'm posting this but I really need help since the past fed days I haven't got any sleep, usually I sleep 3 or 5 in the morning and I keep on thinking about lot's of schoolwork mainly and all the conflicts in my schedule especially that tomorrow is sunday and I have to go to Church and I'm not doing well since everything is bothering me. Can you guys help me I really don't know what I've been doing these past few months.

I understand the feelings that you're having, your sleeping patterns can't be helping anything either. Setting time aside for yourself is a must in this kind of situation, school is important too but if you're sitting there stressed out and not focused, studying is not going to be helpful until your mind is more at ease. Sometimes i feel lost,too.But what you need is to cheer up and hope your friends can also encourage you.You have dreams in mind and you want to make it.Just do something to close to it,though there maybe long road and many difficulties,hope you go through this painful period and you may see the bright side.

You are restless. You need to calm down. For that, you should feel safe and comfortable. I think you should learn to accept the "wrong" and "lost". (sorry, this might sound funny).

Sounds like you need to take a day to yourself. Nothing is more important that your health and sanity and as you can see you can't get everything done when you are so frazzled. I would suggest to move your study time to after Church and don't think about it while you are there. Talk to some one at your Church, and really you don't even have to go through your troubles, just talk and I bet you'll feel better. Then look at your schedule, is there anything you can do to make more time for yourself? And if your first answer is 'no', then stop and think about what you are doing in a day, like from the time you wake up to the time you go to sleep. Is there any time you find yourself not doing anything productive? Or is there something you can do while you do something else- like if you commute to class do you sit and stare while on the bus, or just listen to the radio if you drive? If so take a few minutes to study something simple- if you're driving then see if you can record your notes and listen to them. Try and figure out why your schedule is so hectic, too many classes? Are you working while going to school? Is there something you can drop, or something that you are putting too much time in that doesn't really require it? When I was in school I would get stuck on a subject I liked and spend all my time doing it, instead of the ones I didn't like, when I switch it I found I got more done- do the stuff you don't care for or are having a hard time with so that when you do the stuff that you like you feel accomplished because you can do it more easily. I can tell you from experience that if you don't unwind and re-situate yourself you'll either get really sick (like I did) or start failing classes. Don't be afraid to talk to your instructors, tell them that you are feeling overwhelmed. They are they are to help you. Try and get some sleep, set a schedule and stick to it (like a bed time, study time and time to eat, where you are doing nothing but eating- no studying, no stressing just enjoying your meal, at least once a day). Thank you very very much. Yes, I will try to do the things you have stated there. I don't own a car or go to school with a bus but my schedule is really hectic. 1-8 everyday from monday to saturday and I also have classes on Sunday 1-6 and I don't have much rest as to all the case digests that are given to us and even in our house I get stressed with my parents. I really need help and time to myself. But still I'm glad that God is always there to comfort me since I'm too busy looking at all the wrong directions. Thanks for your advices and I'll do my best hopefully everthing will turn out well. ^_^

I have marked your words that you keep on thinking about lot's of school works and are much bothered about the things. Hence, these are the obstacles now a days your life. As a student, I also have many bothering and worries and many other might have more than us. But only solution to avoid worry about worries is to stop worrying much about them. Believe that if I worry about worries, it will just increase my problem rather than solving it. Just try to relax sometime by meditating or praying for the god. Love the god.!!! Try all this and this will help to lead you life. Even your days will start developing. Best of lluck!!
