i allmost all way to get lose my weight but that is no result

i almost tried everything to get lose my weight that i want, what should i do?

What you need is a patient. What is your effort? jogging? eating less than usual? go to gym? Well I have some friend who have some problem like you and they were failed. Why? because they made high expectation to loose their weight in one week. It takes time to change, be patient and do what you do as daily routine, as life style, don't think that it's a "work" cos you will keep in your mind that it's a "homework". I know it's easy to say but I believe if you take all your effort as life style, you wont feel some time have passed and you already in your ideal weight. Goodluck.

You have to understand that it takes time and that you have to exercise. Try not eating any meat for a while and just eat vegetables, grains and fruit. Be sure to drink a lot of water as well. Remember that having a healthy lifestyle is the key.

Oh, we have the same experience in lose weight! From now on, I tried: - just eat apple for 3 days... failed - Morning Jogging... insis for a week, failed - Yoga... failed ... In a word, No perseverance leads to failed. And I am trying all the way....

change the food you eat regularly. suppose if you eat rice today, then you should change the menu the next day like eating chapathi,puri etc

Firstly,I want to tell you is not at all essential to lose weight when you are not so heavy. Moreover,I'v heard that a famous star keep fit by having one banana per day.It seems crazy, right? However, it's useful. You may think it is a new way to lose weight, but do you know how many people fail to lose weight just by taking this method? A large number of people get sick by eating less. It's not a good way. There is a way to lose weight. Keep eating,but eat heathly.

In order to lose weight, you have to completely change your lifestyle especially when it comes to eating. Exercising itself won't just make you lose weight. You have to watch what you eat (stay away from too muchsugar and sodium as much as possible), exercise at least 3 times a week and avoid late night eating.
