My two kids do not like to eat breakfast. They just want to drink milk and bread. I do not know what to prepare for them? Any help

For my eldest, I make sure he has rice and anything fried for breakfast. Fried eras, fried chicken, fried hotdogs, sliced ham, or fried dried fish to go with freshly-cooked rice. He's in high school and needs a lot of carbs to use from morning til their lunch break, so I make sure I prepare early for him. For my five-year old daughter who is in Preparatory, it's different. She prefers noodles or pancakes in the morning. If i wish to serve her rice in the morning, it should be matched with a viand in soup, although in very seldom occasions, she would also accept hotdogs, fried chicken, or sliced ham. The trick for both of them is to regularly schedule the food so as not to repeat the same breakfast for two, or worst, three consecutive mornings. There should be enough time to rest a specific breakfast for the same to be served again.

Thank you for sharing, I can follow what you have prepared for your preparatory daughter. I will prepare it every other day because they will not eat the same food the next day.
