I'm now applying for a better job post

"I would like to take this great opportunity"; I replied to the email sent to me that says there are an internal job opening for being a Training Specialist. I have receive the email just now and I would like to try for a better position from being a chat agent alone. Two years have passed and the last highest position attained was being a Subject Matter Expert for a telecommunication account. This is also to support the team that I am handling when it comes to supervisor calls, escalation and handling customer's request. For this one, what I can do so far is to improve my stats and pray for the best this August. Do you have anything that you can give to me as a advice? Tell me more what did you do to hit that position, I was bad at my last month's stats but I was able to bounce back right now and not to mention, I have exerted my extra mile of rendering overtimes and rest day overtimes (RDOT- that's when you come to work with pay during rest days) Pretty much that, it speaks out that I am a dedicated worker, well; hardworking in times needed and willing to extend efforts, creative and dynamic. No wonder I want a change of jobs, LOL. I hate being boring, anything but boredom. Let me know what's on your mind. Thanks and happy mylotting :D
