mmmmm black berry thumb prints

Well we where given a box of food from some friends that are moving (military going over seas can't take it with them) and in the box was a big bag of pecans. I have been craving thumb print cookies and immediately went to making them as I just haven't had the cash for nuts and other none essentials. Well I made them and we filled the prints with some of my own homemade jellies. Strawberry, peach Melba and blackberry! I love blackberry and they where so good I had to share

Good for u. Bet they were delicious. Glad u got the pecans to make them. Nothing better than warm homemade cookies right out of the oven. I bet your jellies are good to.

They where and they are
. Jelly is one of my favorite things to experiment with and I come out with some crazy flavors
but sometimes the best are the good old fashioned simple ones
