what rh bill is really all about? Personally i dont understand whatis in it?? why everybody is consumed about this..my kids are asking about this.. perhaps the media should elaborate this publicly.what's all i know is that this is all about contraceptives.. am i right, guys?? pls help..im a mother and a responsible parent that wants the best for my family but i dont get the whole matter of tis RH bill.. they are talking about..:((

From what I know this is a bill that tackles the reproductive health issues like responsible parenthood. Family planning methods promotion like the use of contraceptive methods and from what I know this bill includes the mandatory inclusion in the educational curriculum about reproductive health issues.
What is controversial about this bill is the use of artificial contraceptive which the catholic church strongly opposes. I think watching TV shows more that discusses about this bill would enlighten you more.

ahh ok. actually we discuss this with my kids and they really amaze me. what i dont understand is that, well i dont if its true,,that they want to limit the children to 2 kids or 3 only??..so the question,, what are they going to do if the mother get pregnant again, are they going to allow abortion?

I do not think they have included that in the bill. I think that would not pass the congress if that happens. I think some protesters against it are likely making it over. I do not know if they could really implement the two child policy since we have lots of families that have more than than and if that is contrary to many traditional Filipino families to control.
What the bill proposes is to encourage women to use contraceptive method to avoid the unwanted pregnancies and complications they may encounter with their partners. Which the catholic church strongly opposes because this might degrade the morality of the current generation since they can engage in premarital s*x just by using this methods.
