Should I start an errand running business?

I am hitting a wall. I am a 26 year old mother of 4 kids with a full time job of Assistant Manager working third shift. My days and nights are hectic. With kids going back to school, recently purchasing 2 new-to-us vehicles, and bills, we are at the breaking point. I have been trying to sell our old stuff on Craigslist and EBay. We also extreme coupon, which saves us tons of money. However right now we need about $500 by the end of the month. I was thinking of starting an errand running business during the day (since I work at night). Do you have any other suggestions of how to make some extra income?
