Problem with MBC full page pop up Ads..Help neeeded..

I am facing a big disturbance and problem with the full page pop up ads in MBC(my browser cash). I have temporarily disabled Full Page Popup Ads. Even after disabling I am facing it, it feels me annoying and very irritating. When I am doing online transactions this Full Page Popup Ads are making big problem. I know that I need to disable it every day, I does it, and still after doing it , the ads are coming. So the Temporarily Disable Ads option is not working for me, so how can I disable this Full Page Popup Ads... I want to make it disabled, what should I do??? If there is an option to disable this full page pop up Ads permanently then please suggest that also.

uninstall the mbc software, now install the latest software what you have or download latest from MBC website, associate it. the problem should be fixed don't froget to delete the folder from program files before reinstalling.

ya that is right, their support is really good. I have also submitted the ticket when i started the discussion. The ticket was resolved with in hours. And i got same solution from both ways, anyway the solution is working.
