2.Is google adsense is required to earn revenue from youtube.
3. If google adsense is not required, then how we will reveive

there are like hundreds of discussions about earning in youtube created and people still dont know how. Its so easy, make an interesting video that will get people's attention, the video have to an original content and your country have to be one of the privileged "partner countries"
The videos that gets popular in youtube the most are 1.Cat videos 2.Baby videos 3. Songs(originally made by you or covered by you with permission) 4.Tutorial videos and last but not the least.... women with large cleavages.
