Good morning, Sunshine!

I remember, when I was young enough to live at home with my parents, my mother always said... Good morning, sunshine! She was obviously a morning person and her statement seemed obnoxious and annoying, at that time, because I wasn't a morning person. Today I woke up around 7 AM and 5 hours later I still feel like I want to go back to bed. I'm waiting for my metabolism to wake up. As a night person I feel awake and productive between the hours of 8 PM and 2 AM. That's when I work around my home and accomplish a thing or two. What about you? When do you feel most productive?

I am morning person, i always wake up around 5-7 am and do many things in the morning before i go out. I feel much better than previous time when i used to wake up so late in the morning. I heard that sleeping from 11 pm to 1 am is very good for women beauty so that we should go to sleep before 11 pm.

I really admire you! I'm not a morning peson but I always want to be. However, I find it difficult for me to insist on and I feel bad about that!

Don't worry, just try to sleep early a bit then you will wake up early. If you go to sleep late, for sure you will wake up late.

Hello sherrybelle. I'm an evening person too. The deeper the night, the more active my mind gets. Because of this, I tend to sleep around midnight and wakes up feeling sluggish the next day.:D Lately, I realize that it's not exactly the time that makes nighttime so appealing to me. It's the quietness that I love the most. Most of my family members are already asleep at around 10 PM. The quietness soothes me and I can focus more on whatever I'm doing. There was a period of time when I had to go to work earlier. I was forced to go to bed early so I could wake up early. Since it was very early, it was still very quiet at my office. I did my work faster than usual and I even had extra time to read the newspaper. I really loved it. So I guess if I tried to be a morning person, I can. I just don't have enough willpower. :D

I feel like getting up early can make my whole day's mood great. For there would be longer day for me to stay and i feel productive in these hours. If sleeping hours are long and you definitely feel lazy to do anything in disapprioate hours sleeping.

I should also practice that statement sherrybelle. Because I always wake up very early and no matter how late I sleep at night, I still wake up early.

Someone likes working at night, especially on midnight when it is very quiet. At night, we can consider and think something carefully without disrupting. However, I have to obey the worktime rules of my workplace.

I'm not a morning person just like you. Maybe because I used to work on a graveyard shift for almost 3 years now. My mother is a morning person too just like your mother. I really admire her, waking up early and she goes to work after she prepared everything including us, her children. Well, I can accomplish anything, meeting turnaroud time during evenings and the rest of the night. Coupled with coffee, It will be better, that's for sure..Good morning to me here in my country now. Thanks
