Wenger is unhappy with the decision for selling RVP for MU.. Arsenal management, Wenger admit that the selling of RVP is not ideal for him...He prefer selling RVP outside EPL than selling RVP to their competitor.. Arsenal and MU agree the contract of RVP, 24 millions poundsterling..But RVP must take the medicine test before announced by MU management as their player.. Wenger said, for Arsenal, let RVP go to MU is like strengthen their competitor in MU and it is the negative point from this transfer.. Wenger had cancelled the transfer but he can`t.... Is it the part that Wenger is scare of RVP contribution for MU?? What do you think about this statement??

i believe that wenger now fears Manchester United because they are now a lot stronger than Arsenal and that Arsenal can no longer compete for the title because the other teams are too strong. RVP practically carried Arsenal last season on his own so he is to important to lose I think that RVP has shown great loyalty to Arsenal and their fans cant complain.

the popularity of RVP is different with Podolski and Oliver Giroud..the newcomer in Arsenal of course must convince Arsenal fans before arsenal fans forgot the captain..

i firmly believe that Wenger knew he was going to lose RVP so he brought Podolski as a replacement and so to soften the blow with the Arsenal fans. These players have to come in and fit form straight away and in the premier thats not easy. RVP w3as an established goal scorer and a proven premiership top class players podolski will find it tough.

The signing of Robin van Persie will make Manchest - The signing of Robin van Persie will make Manchester United even stronger
Naturally no one will like to sell his best player to his biggest enemy. Arsenal must have tried to sell RVP to Juventus but the Italians could not pay the price asked. As a consolation, 24 millions for a 29 years-old player who has only one year left in his contract is not a bad deal at all for Arsenal. With RVP, Manchester United is stronger now and is fully capable of fighting it out with Manchester City for the crown. Without RVP, Arsenal will still be fighting to be in the top 4, like what they have been doing for the last few seasons, only this time will be tougher.

They have Messi, don't they? If they don't have Messi, they may not even want to play a striker at all! I have always suspected that Barcelona actually prefers a 4-6-0 formation. So they don't need RVP. Anyway, who would pay such a sum for a 29 years old?

they have messi. right..but they should change a new formation when Messi is guard with more than 5 players, like Chelsea beat them...

That is what he has said in the press. But I think he is just crying sour here. I think he is as much a party to this as anyone else at Arsenal. Had he acted early last season when Fabregas and Nasri were engineering a move out of Arsenal, Van Persie might have stayed on. Anyhow now nothing can be done about this. Cheers! Ram

yes, i think wenger should encourage their man.. arsenal must wake up and make new story without the captain last season, they can survive without cesc fabregas..and this season, they can make the same things

But note that last season they were not fighting for the title. They were only fighting for the 3rd or 4th place fight. I think this season might be similar. And it is really sad as the club has been unable to retain great players who could have helped them win these titles!! Cheers! Ram

Actually, I feel confused too with the decvision of Arsenal sold RVP to MU. In fact, it was all Juve first who were linked to RVP. But suddenly, MU managed to settle this transfer. But maybe it's true, the Italian clubs mostly had difficulties to afford player's transfer which involved big money like this. I don't know, who made the decision of the player's selling at Arsenal. But maybe, it could be not 100% at the hand of the Professor, so then, the saying went out from the Manager ...

Surely such, any fan of football in the world would think that RVP transfer to Machester United is one thing that is an advantage to rivals Arsenal. Trasnfer Before this happens, the process is very complicated because of Arsene Wenger thinks the way to remove the RVP suapaya not all teams in the Premier League. Surely the fear felt by Arsene Wenger to sell RVP RVP Manchester United is because an attacker were nice and sharp.

Well, I think this transfer is not ideal for RVP. He should go to a football club outside EPL, as you have said. This will not affect Arsenal, not only a strong competitor of MU but also where Robin has developed and became a star. If he continued playing for Arsenal, he would probably be remembered as a statue.
