The best example of the fickle minded nature I have seen is in the drama Julius Ceasar by William Shakespeare. After reading this I understood what is oratory... What is your opinion ??

Shakespeare was a writer who understood human well.In his immortal classic Julius Caesar we see that Caesar was killed by conspirators including Brutus.But when thought deeply we see that Brutus was a great man who did everything for good.It were other people like Cassius who made him murder Caesar.

Yes, Brutus was driven by the thoughts of democracy and his action was dominated by the good of Rome unlike the cruel Cassius.
