Does anyone tried Electronic Cigarettes?

I once become a smoker way back when I'm still young. But I do totally stop it for almost 5 years now. My friend ask me how I manage to quit it, I just told her aside from being health conscious I also have my dedication to do it, because I want to enjoy my life without illness. As to help my friend I search trough internet to find ways just to quit her desire in smoking I saw these article about electronic cigarettes. http://www.healthtoday.net/Feature/2012/08Aug/Thevowofvaping.aspx I just want to ask anyone who does tried to quit smoking here if you already used this product, or any of your friends who also using it. I have used them and they are a great alternative.....you don't cough or get any smoke...just vapor and a hit of nicotine...

my doctor said last week, i should try them or the gum, because i dip to place the nicotine i miss. but ive tried the gum. so im thinking of trying the electronic ones since dip is cancer causing of mouth.

I think it is worth to try the options. She might used if there is no side effects of using it.
