I know many of you in this site have joined Zeekrewards and as always a site that sounded too good to be true has been proven a scam. The site has been shut down and the SEC has stepped in to help stop and resolve this $600m ponzi scam. The owner is to pay $4m as a fine and all assets are to be handed over to the SEC to help the victims reclaim their funds. http://www.vosizneias.com/111966/2012/08/19/raleigh-nc-feds-zeekrewards-com-allegedly-a-huge-ponzi-scheme-on-verge-of-collapse

Zeekrewards has been online since 1997, so I would give it a few days before claiming it is a scam. It is a pyramid scheme, and if a pyramid scheme is seen as a ponzi scheme by the laws of its state, a ponzi scheme does not last so long, and a company has to be sustainable to do internet business during 14 years. I suppose they can change their rules and be online again. Wait and see.

Umm, zeekrewards as that specific entity has been active for 2 years only. They have various other companies which have been around longer. Secondly the SEC froze all their assets, does this not sound funny to you? Thirdly they have asked all investors to contact them filing for refunds. Please in the future read the link posted so you can better understand facts as it seems you are involved with this site and that is clouding your judgment.

I am not an affiliate of this site. I have read in the link that "those funds will be frozen under order of a federal judge." Are they actually ? The SEC is not a part of the justice department, and everybody not found guilty by a jury is supposed to be innocent. I think that the agreement with the SEC is administrative, and if this man "has personally siphoned several million dollars of investors funds" a $4 million penalty is not very high... So I am waiting for further information.

hi teamcholent, thanks for the response, we are thinking about our pennies means (our amount is some what less and negligible)but what about their huge investment,to whom they have to report their loss,if the company is in right position, they can pay us,so every time we are support to the safety of the company/sight, have a nice day.

Let us hope that all get some or all of their money back and that the SEC in the future takes a harder stance against these guys and prevents such a ponzi scheme.

Zeek Rewards is not a scam. They have been forced to stop the business: it's not that they took the money and run. It's a difference from my point of view ;)

i feel sorry for those victims who've invested a huge amount in this program. I hope they could successfully reclaim their funds even if it's only 75% refund .

I am certain everyone will get at least 30% returned of their capital but people need to be smarter out there to avoid this in the future.
