Good day Fellow Mylotters, Now a days, I just noticed that almost all of the ads being flashed along commercials and prints tackles about people's weight. They are now giving emphasized that people should watch out their weight or else they will end up obese. Aside from that, they are also introducing foods that are low in carbs as they tag it. However, in this regard, isn't it that, it also best to promote the habit of doing an exercise. Well, aside from avoiding the carbs, then it will be also ideal to do an exercise. Hence, in this way, a better and healthy body can be achieve. So, as early as now, we must do our exercise and avoid those fatty foods to be free from obesity.

its not about what you eat. I think the important of having healthy life style is also having a healthy soul. this life is just temporary as god said.

the most essential food that our body needs is carbohydrates. we just don't over do it. if you're already obese, convert these to energy and there you would exercise a lot. also, be careful with what your buying in the market, they might give a misleading event.make sure to buy from the ones that is trusted. and beautiful and sexy doesn't correspond with the word slim.

I am so glad that you brought this up because being overweight and being obese are two of the biggest problems here in the USA. Most of my family is overweight and obese, and we try to exercise as much as we can, and eat right, but it never seems to be enough. Avoiding fatty foods can also be a challenge. Most places do not always sell affordable healthy food, and in fact, you really have to go looking for places that sell health food for a good price.

There is no such thing as "avoid carbohydrates" because we also need carbohydrates in our body since it gives us energy and also carbohydrates intake depends on what type of work you are doing. If you are in a work where you exert more physical strength then you need lots of carbohydrates so you won't easily get weak. We can't avoid carbohydrates because it is all around us plus it is also essential to our body. It is safe to say that we should "minimize carbohydrates" intake if you want your body to be in a tip top shape. Note: If you keep on exercising without carbohydrates, I am sure your body won't respond properly.

That's true my friend. Being so active or doing exercise always, would really help us not to be obese. Me, i must admit a gained poundage this past months. So, i am now , whenever i can exercising. I do it while i listen to danceable tunes. I dance to exercise and reduce the fat in my stomach. I really hope i can reduce fats in my stomach.

Obesity is the result of fats being reserved in the body. Eating huge fresh fruits and vegetables and takimg raw tea every day is a must to be fatless. All kinda fat food must be given up .. Veggies and tea that have lots of potentials to burn up the fat from the body. Diet control and drinking enough water is a must to reduce fat heaped up in the body. And taking exercise can maintain upkeeps the proper gland functioning as well as well as their secretion. Avoiding exercise is just like a crime for we may lose our life so soon.

Ya for sure those right combinations to avoid junk food and eat healthy will help to stay fit and young always
