if i can produce my own talent show

i was thinking a new concept of talent show. we see x factor, american idol and etc. they have their own concept and differences. and sometimes like we should different concept. i noticed that an artist need to finish the contest first before he can get his break. but i was thinking if i can afford to start a talent search like that , it should be on the first show we can already give the contestant his break already when he has shown his talent already. not them wait for such a long time or few weeks or months before they were given the break. so it is like a live audition on the spot. maybe it would be a big hit.
