i am very confused what message it was trying to convey.. about democracy. but it was a very fun watch. he wasn't really a dynamic character, he was still the same man in the end, but maybe a little teeny tiny bit changed. Some of the jokes were bad, but there were also some that were hilarious, one of them was when he was making up his names.. Sacha Baron Cohen definitely pulled out the character though.. i hope to see him in another one.

if none, then it'd be pointless, even cartoons have one, some unintentional. But yeah, it was a really fun watch, i will surely be watching this gain sometime.
