tell me why i couldnot upload my head portrait

hello everybody, i am a newcomer here in mylot. i do have a lot of interest in communicating here while i can earn several cents lol. however i have a problem thats why couldn't i upload my head picture here. when i clicked "preferences" then “delete current avatar" and chose one picture in my computer then i clicked "update", then it said ”updated successfully" but still can i see nothing changed on my head picture. then tell me why could you guys and thanks.

Make sure that the image is in a suitable format, has a simple file name in Roman characters, not Chinese, and is not too large: http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq10.aspx#5 The MyLot server has had some problems over the weekend (though I think they have been fixed now) and that may have been the problem. I suggest that you try again.
