i'm new to baking and i want to learn how to bake, i just started off with some peanut butter cookies but it turned out to be very hard, sweet but hard :( any tips what type of bread i should start off with?

i tried baking those, but i can't really get the right ingredients, maybe it's because i looked up the recipe from american recipes, and i live in Indonesia, some ingredient are not available in here :(

I love baking , I would just buy the cake mix . Why not start off with box mix and then get a nice cook book and do some others things . I love doing cupcakes and my country pudding .

hi there...you might want to try out easy recipes found in panlasang pinoy website. i was able to bake a good banana cake, carrot cake, oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies from this site. my kids loved them. they have you tube videos uploaded aside from the recipes posted in their website. the ingredients they use are easy to find for this website are designed for filipinos working abroad. language though used are bi-lingual. enjoy experimenting!
