The shop didn't pay the postage

I got a postcard through my front door which said postage revenue of three pounds and twenty pence payable. The shop forgot to pay any postage for my box. I ordered a paper weight and three ornaments of star fish. I phoned the shop and they will be hopefully refunding my postage that I had to pay at the post office headquarters. This experience puts me off ordering things on-line. Why do you think the shop didn't pay the postage? Have you ever had a problem with on-line shopping? Did you get put off Internet shopping at anytime?

Glad to hear the shop are putting the situations right. i'm sure it was just a mistake where someone put a package in the wrong box or something. I bet they're embarrassed. It's not good customer service really!

1) They just forgot. 2) Yes, once I paid for something by Credit Card and it didn't arrive. The card company dealt with it completely and refunded ny money. 3) No.
