Never ever pass the change to say
I Love You
To the people you care about
Because
We are not
Promised Tomorrow
Ya is true never pass any change to say "I Love You" to the people we are care about cause who know what happening to us on tomorrow cause we or anybody are not promised tomorrow. So is important to say "I Love You" on now to the people we are care about according to the quote above.

for sure ,it is used to depend and show the amount of love and care we give for others and how important it is.this words can entirely change life of any person.it is quite powerful

Yes because you never know when they will be taken from this life.
It is not enough to just say it either. Love is best seen through our actions words and deeds. So actually LOVE them too.
I need to do this more often myself and its hard sometimes because we try to put their actions in place of who they are because its the way the world tries to teach us. But that's not the way of love...
