Bad Weather Disturbances

Certain areas of the world are subjected to disastrous weather disturbances or calamities, like flash floods, hurricane, typhoons, storms, earthquakes, tsunamis, landslides, wildfires, ice storms, heat waves. tornados, volcano eruptions, etc.
If you know you'll be affected by such calamity named or not above, what would you do for survival?
