Do Breast Firming lotions really work?

After having breastfed 2 babies, it's quite expected that a mother's breast would droop and sag. There are surgeries or treatments in dermatological clinics to make breasts firmer again, but that would be quite expensive. I've seen a few breast firming lotions being sold everywhere. Has anyone tried them? Are these safe to use while still breastfeeding? Are these effective?
