I am wanting to start writing again but I can never start it off. Does anyone have any starts for me? Just a few lines that might help me get the ball rolling?

Thanks. *laughing* I've tried that once and it didn't come out the way I like. Anyway, I once wrote a story (was supposed to be a short story but ended up being 10 pages and I had to cut it) and it was about two detectives (m/f) who were trying to find the man who tried to kill a college girl. Everyone loved the long version. It was kinda like the books that Janet Evanovich writes. Stephanie Plum is so funny!

What had I done!! I never had acted like that in my life. Was it stress? Was it too many late nights, with too little sleep or was in the fact that I caught her . . . . One tip that is helpful, when you get an idea, write it down promptly. I've lost many ideas that way. Good luck.
