Lucid dream-maybe one of the best?

Without knowing about this term,I started lucid dreaming when I was a kid.I would ofter observe that the dream was peculiar, sometimes irrational and then wake up.Trying to persevere,I tried and succeeded in staying asleep although the dream was obviously weird.I then found out I could control it.And had fun for years. Now I got hold of another term-WILD(wake induced lucid dreaming),where you are not needed anymore to experience the whole dream in order to start lucid dreaming.I found that it saves time. But the weird part starts here:when you are asleep, the brains stops all the movement from the body, for you not to live out your dream. When you try WILD,you must experience sleep paralysis. And in most cases,I get scared by it,and there go the hallucinations. The hallucinations are both auditory and visual, and scares the hell out of me.But in some cases I can dream peacefully with WILD. For me,the most successful way to stop sleep paralysis is to frown very hard. So,have you tried lucid dreaming?Got a story to tell us?Got some tips?Go ahead, tell us!

You know what's best? When you sleep, you have NREM(non-rapid eye movement) cycles and REM(rapid eye movement) cycles. You dream in REM ones.If you normally sleep,REM appears very little and stays less. That's why you can't dream all the night. By experiencing WILD,you only dream REM.It saves time. You could dream 15 minutes, wake up and dream again. It's fun stuff.
