In Buying A Real Property

Hi friends! I just want to get an idea about the things I should consider in buying a real property in the philippines. What will be the first step to take. I already have the photocopy of the title of the land. But I do not know where to investigate if the paper is authentic and clean. Anyone who can help me with this?

I think the initial step that you need to do is to find a licensed real estate broker. From then, he/she could guide you for the steps. Real Estate Brokers are required for land transactions these days.
I think you could also check the register of deeds to prove that the title of the land is authentic. But I think it would be easier for you if you approached a Real Estate Broker instead or a lawyer would do too.

Thanks laydee for the substantial suggestion. I will try to seek for lawyer's help. I do not know any real estate broker.
