I tried an experiment once.I would not eat any carbohydrate of any type for 2 weeks. It was hard for the first days, but after that is was a charm. After that, for 3 days I ate colossal amounts of carbohydrates.Sweets,chocolate,sugar,cookies,cake,glucose,maltodextrin,honey.Name it.
I did NOT experience sugar rush.I felt quite normal, and fell asleep normally.
So,did any of you experience sugar rush?

How about fructose? You know the sugars of those succulent fruits? I am skinny but I already cut sugars in my diet because Most of my aunts and uncles have diabetes and it scared the hell out of me. i can survive without sugar but I struggle without sodium. I love savory meals. I tried going vegan before but i cant handle it.

I think it's a little bit harsh to turn into vegan diet without any preparation.
It is good good that you are reducing sugars from your diet, this is quite OK.
Fructose is a the sweetest sugar of them all,but despite that,it does not require insulin in order to be used by the cell.So there is no risk for diabetes in fructose. In fact,sugar-free juices have fructose in them.

It's a good thing that you realized that your brain doesn't die if you don't give it sweets.
Well,in the first days without sugar, that was exactly how I felt.I felt like my brain was turning into mush! But the sensation gradually dissipated and the brain fog crept away. Now I feel much better than when using tons and tons of sweets.

Well,I tried many things on myself to see my personal threshold.I see this things as a must,in order to know exactly how my body reacts with different substances.
Do try this experiment, but I suggest you not to do exercises after this.I think you can get a little bit nauseous.
