I have been able to cook italian since I was in junior high school. I still make fettucini, lasagna and baked ziti. The recipes are on the box with the ingredients needed so it is so easy. Are there others that are easy? Even if non-itlaian? Are there other recipe on box like the pasta dishes?

italians don't use a recipe with not more than 12 ingredients. they can always make a very good dish with less ingredients..... hmmmm i feel like making some pasta. this made me hungry.

Pesto is easy, all you need is a food processor or blender. You can see lots of easy recipes about it. another easy recipe I remember is trying to wrap cheese and asparagus with smoked salmon for panceta, I already forgot the name of the dish. Youtube have lots of cooking channels that explores cuisines around the world and Italian is one of them. The easiest Italian recipe though is Carpaccio, Just slice raw beef thinly, drizzle with olive oil and spices and its done. I know its sounds gross though.
