Dream of a poor boy

One boy is working in a fast food corner right from his childhood. He handled all types of jobs over there e.g cleaning,packing,cooking,serving,taking orders and now a days he handles cash counter too.But he has left his school for this in between and now he realized the importance of an education in the life. So at the age of 20 he has passed his 7th std exam and now appeared for 10th. But all his family members are teasing him and against him. They want him to earn the money and share in the debts made by them. But now he has made up his mind to take the education and show the world one day by becoming a successful man.Now he is taking a lot of efforts i.e.doing hard work for earning money and helping his family plus attending the classes for 10th. My wife teaches him but he can devote time only after 7 p.m. because he can not study at his house being a small one having many people in it. He is doing his level best so i prey God that all his dreams be fulfilled.

I agree that education is important but intelligence is just one tool for success. This boy may lack proper education, but he show more potential for success because he is hardworking, determined, humble, and a whole lot of perseverance. I am rooting for that boy's success and I also commend your family for helping him in this important turning point of his life.

I salute these ambitious boys and girls and also housewives like your wife who do their bit to help them.A few years back I had helped such a boy.I gave him money to open a beetle leaves shop that he is still running.He has payed back all my money.I saw him working hard to sustain his old and ailing mother and his sisters.He did not ask me for help.It was I who got moved by his hard work.At that time I had a few thousand rupees.I helped him and he opened his shop.Now I am struggling with lack of money necessary to run my family.There are many boys and girls who can attain heights provided some of us takes the initiative to help them.They can't approach banks to have a loan.Our industrialists can search out such boys and help them prosper.Your wife is certainly doing a great job.

Every child has the right to go to school and learn and be educated. Unfortunately, there are so many irresponsible parents around and the child will end up working for them instead of going to school. The future for them is really sad since we know that education matters a lot. I hope that the boy you have mentioned will be able to finish school and not give in to the pressures of the parents. After all, it is the parent's duty to send the child to school and not depend on the child for money and basic needs.

I hope and pray that this young man will be able to achieve all of the goals that he has for his life. It has never failed to strike me as such a sad fact that individuals that grow up in a poor family are never really given the opportunity to have a little bit more in their lives than their parents before them had.
I really think that parents from families that have really never had anything should desire that their children do better than they were able to do.

sometimes we look it too hard or make it in a hard way cause we need to be broken before we realize what we need and to strive harder in life but in that way we could claim the sweetest success in life and that could real and possible in life. success in a good way but harder one its a process thou but He will build a character of man later on that He could use up to his success in life. God bless that Boy and He is not poor boy cause He strive and move rather than not doing something life to be in the pit of the ground forever He might be in the ground right now but slowly but surely He is on the right track of His life. This boy realizes that secret to success is a good education. He must continue with his quest against all odds. The funny thing, once he succeeds, his family members will all be so proud and expect to share in his new found riches. That is when it is going to be very hard to share.
The old resentments of what he had to sacrifice in order to make it, and those that didn't help along the way will be always a major factor in his giving. He should just to the minimum amount required not to be put out of the home, leaving as much time as possible to study. Hopefully, he is studying for a particular occupation in the future and not just general education.

It is he already proved that he can do a good job. When he was so weak, he done the best, and now he know better and I am sure that he will improve a lot and will learn more. But it is so pitty that their family is not supporting him for his studies only looking for money. I think if someone happened to read your post, I am sure that they will automatically pray for his goodness and I am sure that everyone's wish will be for a better life in is future endevours...

I think everything in God's name is possible. And I have seen his effort, he will be a successful one someday. I will salute him. Try to post him if he already reached his dreams. Determination is a key also. If you are really motivated and determined to achieve what you want, then I think there will be a problem from that.

He is doing a very good job. Education is must for everything. I also stated in post that awareness is must for the poor to have full rights. So for that education is must. He must continue studying and its never late for studies. He is doing the right thing and your wife is doing a great job while looking after home she is also teaching that boy. It's tough though great.
May god give that boy strength to learn, work and look after his family and also your family for doing such a great job.
