I dreamed within a dream, and the dream from within was a lucid one.During the dream within,I could talk and think different things. It was like I had 2 brains. It was awesome! And I flied. I wake up in the first dream, not knowing I was dreaming. This is called false awakening.I think I spent 4 dream hours not knowing I was dreaming.I woke up normally, but with the sense of me being a little bit older. It was just awesome! Did you lucid dream last night? How was it?

hi oktavist! A dream within a dream? Incredible! I think I always dream but after I get up, some of it are gone. Sometimes though I remember something. Blessed day!

I think thats really cool! I wish that I would have a dream like that. I always dream that I am trying to fly but I never manage to get off the ground! LOL My main dreams always consist of someone chasing me or trying to kill me. My family leaving me or something of that nature. When I have these dreams I do know that its just a dream so I am relieved once I remember that. I also from time to time will dream that I am pregnant or just got a whole bunch of new things or bought a new house. Here is the defination to the word on Wiki A lucid dream is any dream in which one is aware that one is dreaming. The term was coined by the Dutch psychiatrist and writer Frederik (Willem) van Eeden (1860–1932).[1] In a lucid dream, the dreamer may be able to exert some degree of control over their participation within the dream or be able to manipulate their imaginary experiences in the dream environment.[2] Lucid dreams can be realistic and vivid.[3] It is shown that there are higher amounts of beta-1 frequency band (13–19 Hz) experienced by lucid dreamers, hence there is an increased amount of activity in the parietal lobes making lucid dreaming a conscious process.[4]
