I have been living my online life with dreadful fears. My connection is too unstable for any kind of streaming. I can't play games, watch videos or download them directly. Have been paying for the Bsnl broadband services but i feel taken advantage of. Its like a failed relation, i keep shouting but no one is on the other end. What do you guys do to overcome such behaviour from the operators?

I am also using BSNL broadband service for more than 4 years now. i don't have any problem with it. yaa sometimes, there are frequent disconnection, but that's rarely. it could be your PC/ Laptop is slow. try to clean your computer. check your computer speed. i watch videos, play games, download files from internet. i don't face any problem.

I agree that there is enough connection speed. But during business hours I could say that it is so hard to get it connected. Sometimes that was a problem with my area, but I think it is due to high usages at that time.

I have just bought myself a new laptop, so i know its not a problem. I am guessing that it depends mainly on the area where i live. Where are you guys from???

yaa may be, the problem is in your area. but first find out from the people in your area using BSNL. if its really the problem in your area.

After they go through the whole thing of asking hyour name and getting information they need, I say I've called about this a few times and no one seems to have been able give me any answers. Don't yell at them or be irate, many will just think of you as another one of those complaining customers. If it's a problem they are having, ask how soon it's going to be taken care of. If they ca n't give you an annwer, don't even bother saying something like I'm going to try someone else, just go.

I'd say make sure it isn't your computer. If not, cancel try a service that your friends are using. Cheaper plan and better service makes sense to me!

Well ahve been trying them for over a month now. My friends who have the cheaper plans are in better condition than me. I know shouting at them will be jsut a loss of my breath so i dont shout at them. But they keep saying they have looked into it but nothing changes

A few months back I have faced similar problem, my land phone cable was being disconnected and I reported them to solve the issue immediately. I had waited for three days, no response from the authority. Then I collected their GM's phone number and complianted the same issue. Within three hours they solved the problem. I think it is better for you to call the superior officers.

If you want uninterrupted service from BSNL then go for lease line and pay heavy you will get best service from them with lots of people to listen to you at the other end.
